    Ascend Properties is willing to cover it all for you. For 8% of gross monthly rent*, here is what we’ll do:

    Setup and manage your online listings (Zillow, Facebook, and our website)

    Screen and find quality tenants

    Take care of maintenance requsts

    Collect funds

    Uphold contract

    Manage all tenant communication

    Conduct property inspections

    Each month, you’ll receive a Property Summary and a deposit of the funds made from the past month.

    *There is a one-time $250 leasing fee to get the property initially listed, tenants screened, lease created, and finally occupied.
